| 摘 要： | 文本指出科技情报事业的发展同样需要有健全的法律机制,并从法与政策的关系,社会管理现代化;社会心理学等方面论述了我国的科技情报立法必须考虑的几点依据和应遵循的若干原则,着重勾勒了科技情报法与宪法、行政法、民法、刑法、科技法和经济法的关系,进而对科技情报法的体系结构、基本内容进行了讨论,针对目前科技情报立法所面临的几个问题,提出了相关的建议。

| Abstract: | The paper indicates that the development of S & T information undertaking also requires the perfect law mechanism. It discusses that some foundations and principles to be followed must be considered when we make S & T information legislation from the view points of the relation between strategy and law, the modernization of social management and social psychology. It outlines the relation among information law, constitution, administration law, public law, criminal law, science and technolgy law and economy law, thus further discussing the system construction, basic content of S & T information law and makes suggestions for issues arising in the S & T information legislation. |
