| 摘 要： | 学科馆员制度是高校图书馆转变服务观念、服务创新的产物.从学科馆员制度的形成过程,探讨了当前在高校图书馆建立学科馆员制度的必然性,阐述了学科馆员的主要工作任务,指出学科馆员应通过文献信息服务参与和支持学科的发展.学科馆员作为高校图书馆的形象和代表,不仅要有较高的业务素质和学科专业知识,而且要具备良好的思想素质和团队精神.
