| 摘 要： | 晏阳初一生受中国传统文化、西方基督文明与先进文化的深刻影响，从事乡村平民教育七十年，“化农民”与“农民化”的教育思想一直是他进行农村实验的精髓，定县实验从乡村工作者的个人思想素质、工作态度、工作作风与工作方式等方面都充分体现了这一点，这些都为当代高校培育“村官”人才提供了有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | Yan Yang- chu is greatly influenced by the Chinese traditional culture, western Christ civilization and advanced culture. He engages in rural mass education for seventy years. The educational thoughts of ＂to be peasants＂ and ＂being peasants＂ are the essence of his rural experiment. The Ding County Experiment exactly proves them in terms of ideological quality, working attitude, working style and working mode of rural workers. What Yan Yang - chu advocates can provide a useful reference for the cultivation of village officials in colleges. |
