| 摘 要： | 文化与英语语言的关系，要求教师要注重培养学生对语言的感知力和对文化的理解力。英语国家概况课程旨在帮助学生开扩知识视野。强化他们对英语语言的运用。文中通过对英语国家概况课程性质和重要性的阐述，分析了利用多媒体辅助本课程教学的利弊，为教学改革找到了突破点。

| Abstract: | The relationships between culture and English language request the teachers to train students to pay attention to the perception of the language and cultural understanding. The English-speaking countries＇ survey course is for the purpose of helping the students to expand their knowledge field of vision, and to strengthen their English language utilization. This article states the nature and the importance of this course, analyzes the pros and cons by using multimedia-assisted teaching, and finds out a breakthrough point of teaching reform. |
