| 摘 要： | 英国近些年在推进教师早期专业化发展方面采取了新举措。早在1998年就建立了新教师的"入职档案"制度,2003年又用"入职与发展档案"取代使用了近五年的"入职档案"。本文在介绍英国新教师的"入职档案"和"入职与发展档案"制度的基础上,对这两者进行了比较,重点分析了"入职与发展档案"的特点,阐述了上述新举措的重要意义,同时也分析了其面临的困难和问题,指出"入职档案"和"入职与发展档案"是英国关注新教师职业生涯初期的专业成长、突出教师专业生活的连续性和过渡性的重要举措,值得我们进一步关注其发展动向。

| Abstract: | The Career Entry Profile had been taken in the UK since 1998, the new Career Entry and Development Profile (CEDP )replaced the old CEP in 2003, they are new measures on teachers' early professional development. Based on the introduction and comparison of CEP and CEDP, this article stresses the features of CEDP, presents the significance of these measures and explores the problems. |
