| 摘 要： | 作为职工权益的维权者，基层工会主席被开除或被职工推上被告席凸显维权者自身权利难保之尴尬。为了充分保障工会主席的维权职能，必须明晰工会身份，化解角色冲突困境；转变工会经费来源体制，确保工会主席维权的经济独立；全面实现工会主席职业化，回归其角色本义；改革工会主席薪资机制，摆脱对用人单位的人身依附；建立工会主席被侵权后的保护机制，促进和谐劳动关系的构建。
