摘    要:分析行为与动机相互间的关系是建立合理有效的激励机制的基础,科学有效的激励机制可以使员工产生实现企业目标的动机,由此引起的行为有助于企业目标的实现。人力资源的一项重要任务就是建立一个有效的多维交叉的员工激励机制,激发和调动员工的积极性,在新的经济条件下,着重于员工的长期激励已成为企业管理的重要课题,并需为此探究西方发达国家的薪酬体制变革对我们的启示。

Abstract:It is just the basis to set up the reasonable and effective system of inspiriting employees that we need to analyze the relationship between Human's motive and their behavior. The effective and scientific system makes employees burst out their motivation and the sequent behavior which can. help to achieve the goal of enterprise. One of the most important tasks of HR is to set up an effective cross-dimension stimulant system, which encourages the employees to work hard and increases their activeness. In the new economic society, it is important to focus on the employee's long term ardor for the enterprise management. To get some revelations about it, the author made a research on the reform of the salary system of the advanced countries.
