摘    要:在世界第三极的青藏高原上,经过千百万年的演变进化,孕育出了许多特有的动植物种类。它们为了抵御低温、缺氧、强辐射带来的损伤,体内产生了一系列物质.甚至在基因水平上出现了一系列适应机制。这些对研究运动疲劳有着重要的意义,应用这些动植物对防止运动疲劳.提高运动能力有着巨大的潜能。

Abstract:There are many kinds of peculiar animals and plants in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau which have undergone a long time for evolution. These organisms produce a series of materials in their bodies to prevent injuries caused by coldness, hypoxia and intense radiation, and the adaptation is even mapped into genes. The study and use of these organisms will well inform the research into sports fatigue, thus granting great help to the prevention of sports fatigue and sports performance enhancement.
