大学教师教学效能感影响因素分析及策略研究

摘    要:教师的教学效能感是指教师相信自己有能力对学生的学习产生积极影响的一种知觉和信念。它将影响教师是否愿意投身教学改革、教师在教学上的努力程度与支持性,影响教师的教学质量与生活质量。但是,现在大学中重科研轻教学等因素影响了大学教师教学效能感的提高。本文从现实的角度分析了现在大学中教师教学效能感的影响因素,并就如何提高教师的教学效能感提出了可实施的策略。

Abstract:Teachers' teaching efficacy is that teachers believed that they can give effects on students' studying during their teaching, which will affect teachers' teaching reform intention, the level of working hard on teaching, teachers' quality of teaching and living. Now, most of universities in China have paid more attention on research, and less on teaching, which affect teachers' teaching efficacy and promoting. The paper analyzing teaching efficacy and its correlation factors in light of realism, on which based pointed out implemental strategies on how to promote teachers' teaching efficacy in the non-research university.
