| 摘 要： | 职工书屋是建设和谐社会的有效途径。本文研究了职工书屋与工会图书馆的关系，明确职工书屋作为工会图书馆的必要补充，提出职工书屋的有效开办途径、管理模式，并探讨了提升职工书屋的服务水平的措施，本文以大同市工人图书馆承办职工书屋为例，介绍了职工书屋的经验，以丰富职工生活，提高职工素质。
