| Abstract: | The low teaching abilities of the students is the major problem of the senior normal college＇ education. The causes of the problem is mainly due to the unreasonable offering and teaching of the specialized courses of pedagogy, unsuccessful guide from the teachers, low efficiency of practice of education and so on. Hence, it is an effective way to reconstruct the system of the specialized courses of pedagogy, to optimize the teachers＇ training pattern of teaching abilities, to reinforce the practices of education. |
