摘    要:职前教师专业能力水平低下是高师教育中的“痼疾”。改革教育专业课程体系与教学,优化职前教师专业能力训练模式,强化教育实践,改革教育实习,是提高职前教师专业能力的有效策略。

Abstract:The low teaching abilities of the students is the major problem of the senior normal college' education. The causes of the problem is mainly due to the unreasonable offering and teaching of the specialized courses of pedagogy, unsuccessful guide from the teachers, low efficiency of practice of education and so on. Hence, it is an effective way to reconstruct the system of the specialized courses of pedagogy, to optimize the teachers' training pattern of teaching abilities, to reinforce the practices of education.
