| 摘 要： | 本文以战略管理理论为基础，以安康学院转型发展为例，分析总结了地方新建本科院校在战略制定、战略实施及校地融合互动发展的基本经验，指出要克服目前转型发展的战略瓶颈，需进一步强化战略思维，推进观念、政策、制度、体制等方面的创新。
