不同外源激素对绞股蓝伤组织诱导的影响

摘    要:以绞股蓝茎尖、茎段、叶片为外植体,研究了不同种类、不同浓度配比的外源激素对绞股蓝愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:茎尖在培养基MS+6- BA 1.0 mg·L-1+NAA 0.02 mg·L-1中的诱导效果最好,其诱导率为75.0%;茎段在培养基MS+6- BA 2.0 mg·L-1+NAA 0.2 mg·L-1中的诱导效果最好,其诱导率为81.8%;叶片在培养基MS+6- BA 1.0 mg·L-1+NAA 0.15 mg·L-1中的诱导效果较好,其诱导率为69.2%。

Abstract:Gynostemma shoot tips,stems,leaves as explants to MS medium,of different types,different proportions of exogenous hor-mones on callus induction of Gynostemma. The results show that:the concentration of exogenous hormones is different for different shoot tip,tem,and leaf callus induction. In the medium MS+6- BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.02mg/L in the shoot tips of the best induction effect, the induction rate of 75.0%, and the callus growth is good;in the medium MS +6- BA2.0mg/L+ NAA 0.2mg/L in stems induced the best,the induction rate was 81.8%,and the callus grew well;n the medium MS+6- BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.15mg/L leaves induced ef-fect is better,its induction rate of 69.2%.
