| 摘 要： | 为应对大数据给图书馆业务带来的冲击,首先简述了大数据的概念、特征及相关研究进展。分析了用户需求的变化特点,梳理了图书馆用户服务的数据基础。基于此,从提供个性化精准服务、研究动向与热点预测、资源采购建议、建立新型知识服务导航机制等几个方面论述了未来图书馆的用户服务创新内容。从提高大数据存储与应用能力、培养大数据管理人才、降低大数据运营成本、加强用户隐私保护等几方面论述了图书馆服务应对大数据挑战的若干方案。

| Abstract: | In order to analyze the impact of big data on service, the paper first introduces the concept, characteristics and related historical researches of big data. This paper analyzes the change of user demands and the data base of library serv- ice. On this foundation, this paper discussed the future service innovation of library user from the points of personalized precise service, estimation of research trends and hot topics, suggestion on resource purchase, establishment of innovative knowledge service system, etc. At the end, the paper discussed several methods of library service for big data challenges, such as enhancement of big data stores and application capability, training of data manager, reduction of operating costs, reinforcement of user privacy protection, etc. |
