| 摘 要： | 产业技术创新联盟中的知识转移价值在很大程度上决定了联盟的稳定与否,将产业技术创新联盟的知识转移过程中所产生的价值分为基础价值、附加价值、协同价值、再开发价值以及消极价值,运用系统决策理论建立了基于知识转移价值的产业技术创新联盟动态系统方程,并讨论其稳定性,指出联盟稳定性与联盟成员从知识转移过程中所获得的价值存在正向激励作用,以期为准备建立或已经建立产业技术创新联盟并谋求进一步发展的企业提供一定的理论依据和参考价值。
