| 摘 要： | 我国田径运动水平在经历了20世纪90年代中后期的低谷以后,从近几年开始己经逐渐回升。但我国运动员在国内比赛常表现出极高的竞技水平,而在国际赛场上却未能发挥最佳水平。2003年巴黎世锦赛中,中国运动员正常发挥水平的只有27%,2005年赫尔辛基田径世锦赛上,中国运动员所表现出来的发挥率仍然无法令人满意。本文试图在评析2005年田径世锦赛的基础上,从运动心理及赛前训练时间调控对运动员竞技状态的作用出发进行分析,以供参考。

| Abstract: | After commenting and accusing, the track and field of our country has gone up gradually in recent years. But the athlete often demonstrates the extremely high sports level at home, fail to give play to the best level on the international court. In the 2003 IAAF world championship of Paris, Chinese athlete gave play to only 27% of competence normally. On the track and field 2005 1AAF world championship of Helsinki, the full play rate that the Chinese athlete shows is still unsatisfactory. This paper set out and analysis the function from sport psychology and conditioning time adjust and control to athlete of competitive state, for reference. |
