| 摘 要： | “人文奥运”奥林匹克主义是增强体质、意志和精神并使之全面发展的一种生活哲学，它谋求把体育运动与文化和教育融合起来，重视人们理性的身心修炼和社会行为教育。解读人文奥运理念，熟悉人文奥运的内涵，弘扬奥运人文精神，是当前高校素质教育改革的一种有益尝试。

| Abstract: | Human Olympics is a kind of life philosophy aiming to strengthen man's body, will and spirit, and develops them in an all-round manner. It tries for a combination of sports, culture and education, and values people's rational cultivation and education of social behavior. This paper attempts to help college students have a knowledge of Human Olympics, familiarize its connotation and carry forward its spirit, thus promoting the reformation of quality education at colleges and universities. |
