| 摘 要： | 本研究目的在于探讨中学生希望特质和心理健康的现状及二者的关系,为开展中学生心理健康教育和辅导工作提供参考。主要研究结果如下：（1）延安市中学生的心理健康总体上呈现轻度心理问题;（2）延安市中学生的希望水平整体处于较高状态,且动力思维水平整体要高于路径思维水平;（3）延安市中学生的希望特质总体水平和心理健康总体水平呈显著负相关（r=-0.19＊＊,p〈0.01）。
