| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育教学目标和教学形态正在发生变化,逐步从知识传递向职业能力培养变化。而职业能力的形成有其特有的规律,在此规律下,实践教学体系的构建显得尤为重要。本文探讨了高职院校实践教学在职业能力形成中的关键作用和一般规律,以及如何以职业能力为导向构建高职院校实践教学体系。

| Abstract: | Abstract： The teaching objectives and forms of vocational education are changing gradually from knowledge-transfer-ofientation to professional-competence-orientation. The formation of professional competence has its unique rules under which the construction of practical teaching system is particularly important. This paper explores the key role and general rule of practice teaching of vocational colleges in cultivating professional competence, and ways to build professional-competence-oriented practice teaching system of higher vocational colleges. |
