| 摘 要： | 作为我国高校教师队伍新鲜血液和重要力量,高校青年教师的培养和成长直接关系着我国高校能否实现跨越式科学发展。新形势下构建基于职业生涯视角下的高校青年教师培养机制应该成为高校教师培养的重要环节,是我国高校队伍建设的重中之重。因此,将从职业生涯视角出发,探析当前高校青年教师培养工作对国家可持续发展、学校内涵式发展和青年教师自身发展的重要意义,进而正视传统高校青年教师培养工作存在的问题,并在此基础上研究构建基于职业生涯视角下的高校青年教师培养机制。

| Abstract: | As fresh blood and vital force of teacher colleges, youth training and university teachers directly related to the growth of China＇ s colleges and universities can achieve leapfrog development of science. Construction of the new situation of young university-based teacher training mechanism career perspective should become an important part of university teachers training; team building is the top priority of our colleges and universities. Thus, from a career perspective, it is to summarize the importance of this young college teachers training on sustainable develop- ment of the country, schools and young teachers connotative development of their own development, then explore the traditional culture of young college teachers work the problems, and in this construction of young college teachers under the career-based training system based on the viewing angle. |
