| Abstract: | July"is a narration poem in "The Book of Songs". There is one famous line in the poem which is "The girls' melancholy on her future marriage". Many literary critics had expressed their own different opinions on it. This essay gave detail analysis on these different opinions, then drew the conclusion that, to understand the sentence, we must combine the content of the poem together with the customs of this poem. |
