| 摘 要： | 中等职业教育在造就高技能人才过程中举足轻重，中等职业教育应该并且必须为造就高技能人才作出自己应有的贡献。在培养过程中，要注重培养学生良好的习惯和职业意识；要突出以就业为导向、以能力为本位的培训机制；要创建校企合作、产研结合的培训渠道；要坚持教学与职业技能竞赛相结合的培训方向。

| Abstract: | Secondary vocational education plays an important role in the cultivation of high-skilled talents and it should and must make contributions.In the cultivation,we should pay attention to cultivating the good habits and vocational awareness.The cultivation should be oriented to employment and based on the training of ability.Channels should be built between schools and enterprises,and production and research.The training should be directed to the combination of teaching and vocational skill competition. |
