| 摘 要： | 研究中等负荷运动训练对心理应激大鼠淋巴细胞凋亡及其调控基因的影响。将健康雄性SD大鼠32只随机分为4组,即对照组(n=8)、心理应激组(n=8)、运动组(n=8)和运动心理应激组(n=8),实验后测定各大鼠外周血中淋巴细胞凋亡及其相关调控基因的变化情况。结果表明,与对照组比较,心理应激导致大鼠外周血淋巴细胞凋亡显著增加,中等负荷的运动训练可以抑制大鼠外周血淋巴细胞的凋亡,运动心理应激组淋巴细胞凋亡与心理应激组比较显著下降,且其发生与相关调控基因的表达一致。提示:中等负荷运动训练可通过影响相关调控凋亡基因降低心理应激导致的大鼠外周血淋巴细胞凋亡,其机制可能是中等负荷的运动训练通过降低心理应激的反应强度来降低大鼠淋巴细胞的凋亡。

| Abstract: | This paper studied the effect of moderate exercise on peripheral blood lymphocytes apoptosis and Bax,Bcl-2 Gene expression of mental stress rats.32 healthy male SD rats were divided into 4 groups randomly,control group (n=8),mental stress group (n=8),exercise group (n=8) and exercise mental stress group (n=8).The lymphocytes apoptosis and Bax,Bcl-2 Gene expression in peripheral blood of SD rats were determined.The result showed that comparing with control group,the apoptosis in peripheral blood lymphocytes of rats caused by mental stress increased significantly,while moderate exercise can inhibit from the apoptosis in peripheral.The apoptosis of lymphocytes of exercise mental stress group and mental stress group decreased significantly,and its mechanism consisted with the expression of related regulatory genes.It suggested that moderate exercise might reduce the intensity of stress reaction to depress the effect on peripheral blood lymphocytes apoptosis and Bax,Bcl-2 Gene expression of mental stress rats. |
