ZVI固定床-SABR偶合系统对氯代硝基苯降解作用的研究

摘    要:研究了零价铁(zero-valent iron,ZVI)固定床-序批式气提生物反应器(SABR)偶合系统降解4-氯硝基苯(4-ClNB)。结果表明,ZVI可还原转化4-ClNB为4-氯苯胺(4-ClA),反应遵循准一级反应动力学;以实验室好氧颗粒污泥作为接种物分批培养结果显示,4-ClNB ZVI还原产物可被好氧降解;ZVI固定床-SABR偶合系统在COD负荷1.35~1.74 kg.m-3.d-1,4-ClNB负荷250~340 g.m-3.d-1条件下运行37 d,稳定运行后出水COD维持在65 mg.L-1以下,去除率≥90%,4-ClA浓度维持在0.35 mg.L-1以下,去除率≥99%;ZVI-微生物偶合系统可有效去除氯代硝基苯类污染物。

Abstract:The objective of this research is to evaluate an integrated zero-valent iron(ZVI) column and sequencing airlift bioreactor(SABR) for treatment of 4-chloronitrobenzene(4-ClNB).ZVI can reductively transform 4-ClNB to 4-chloroaniline(4-ClA),and reductive reactions were followed by pseudo-first-order kinetics.The transform product 4-ClA was found to be readily biodegradable by aerobic granules.The integrated ZVI-SABR system was operated with COD loading of 1.35~1.74 kg m-3 d-1 and 4-ClNB loading of 250~340 g m-3 d-1.In effluent,COD concentration were lower than 65 mg L-1,and 4-ClA concentration were lower than 0.35 mg L-1.The success of the bench-scale integrated system suggests that an integrated ZVI aerobic microorganism process may be a feasible option for treating ClNBs-laden wastewater.
