| 摘 要： | 毕业生就业越来越成为高校的重要工作之一。传统的招聘会方式,其时效性、有效性、传递性较差,不能最大限度地使用供需信息。就业信息网则可较好地解决这一问题。高校建设就业信息网,有利于拓宽毕业生就业渠道,并可依托网络进行全过程就业指导,构建毕业生“售后服务”体系,这既是毕业生就业制度改革的需要,也是高校改革发展与稳定的需要。

| Abstract: | To co nstruct the employment information network in higher schools will be beneficial to expand the graduates' employment channels,we can also implement employme nt guidance depending on network,construct graduates,after service system,wh ich is not only the need of the reform of graduates' employment system,but al so the need of the development and steadiness of the reform in higher schools. |
