| 摘 要： | 世界各国的公司治理模式都是在特定的社会经济条件和文化背景中形成的。我国公司法人治理结构的生成和运作,都带有强烈的中国特色,其优势和局限性,都与我国现实的社会经济环境和文化背景相关。对我国法人治理结构的理论研究,也必须立足于对这种特殊性的分析上。

| Abstract: | The corporate governance patterns of various countries in the world have formed under particular social and economic conditions and against a particular cultural background.The formation and operation of the corporate governance structure in China has strong Chinese characteristics.Its advantages and limitations are related to China's social and economic actualities and cultural background.Theoretical research on China's corporate governance structure must be based on the analysis of this particularity. |
