摘    要:水稻幼苗在外源'OH作用下,随着稻苗蛋白质氧化作用和膜脂过氧化作用的加强,其脯氨酸含量明显增加.'OH作用的时间进程和浓度效应显示,脯氨酸增生才'OH刺激的敏感程度明显大于膜脂过氧化作用.以高浓度的'OH专一性消除剂二甲基亚砜(DMSO)预处理稻苗可显著减少'OH作用下的脯氨酸积累.这些结果表明,'OH胁迫下稻苗体内脯氨酸水平很有可能为抗氧化胁迫的需要所调节.

Abstract:Proline accumulated in the shoots of seedlings of rice(Oryza sativa L.)exposed to 'OH radicals generated by ferrous sulphate and hydrogen peroxide. The level of proline in the seedlings increased significantly with the increase of protein oxidation and lipid peroxidation, as well as relative permeability of plasma membrane. The time course and concentration effect of the enhancement in the levels of proline and malondialdehyde (MDA) in rice seedlings under 'OH stress showed further that the increase of proline was more sensitive than that of MDA.Pretreatment with 'OH scavenger dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) at the higher concentration in rice seedlings significantly reduced proline accumulation stimulated by 'OH radicals. These results showed that the level of proline in rice seedlings subjected to 'OH stress might be regulated by the demand against oxidative damage.
