| 摘 要： | 随着网络化的发展,许多图书馆都建立了自己的虚拟参考咨询台.但是由于各种原因.图书馆的虚拟参考咨询台良莠不齐.客观上需要对其作出评价,以促进虚拟参考咨询台的建设.针对这种情况,本文采用DEMATEL方法对影响虚拟参考咨询台的所有可能因素进行关联分析.系统分析了各影响因素的综合影响指数,按照中心度的大小,得出影响虚拟参考咨询台的主要因素.从而在此基础上指出构建虚拟参考咨询台的主要关键.
