| 摘 要： | 西部大开发十年来,陕西经济发展速度明显加快,经济实力明显提高,但在后危机时代要确保我省经济科学发展、平稳上升,必须找到转变经济发展方式的突破口。陕西现已开展新能源开发和培育新能源产业,这将是我省在后危机时代转变经济发展方式的重要途径,也是我们这个能源大省适应新能源时代的必然选择。

| Abstract: | During western region development, Shaanxi economic development has been speeded up remarkably, but to ensure economic development and steady rise in science,we must find a way of transforming economic development. Shaanxi is a force to carry out new energy development and development of new energy source industry, after the crisis in transforming economic development of the way, it is our big save energy to adapt to new energy of the inevitable choice. Shaanxi can rely on their rich natural resources and strong technology strength and positive benefits to crafting policy to promote economic development of high energy industry upgrade and new industries, economic development mode of change. |
