| 摘 要： | 加强高职院校人文素质教育是高职教育发展的内在要求,是全面推进素质教育的需要,是培养全面发展的高等技术应用型人才的必要保证。因此,应充分认识高职人文素质教育的必要性,树立人文职教观,加强高职院校的人文学科建设,重视发挥隐性文化潜移默化的育人功能,切实提高学生的人文素质,促进学生的全面发展。

| Abstract: | The humanistic education is internal require for development of higher vocational education,it is necessary assurance to carry forward quality education,so the necessity of humanistic education should be recognized fully.There are several suggestions to carry out it:establishing humanistic thought of vocational education,strengthening construction of humane studies,bringing an imperceptible influence of recessive culture into full play,promoting all-round development of student. |
