| 摘 要： | 冬训是自行车运动员全年训练周期中的重要阶段,其训练质量将影响运动员在随后整个赛季的运动成绩。因此,加强冬训的训练监控和营养调控对提高运动员体能,预防过度训练十分重要。通过研究,可得出如下结论:自行车运动训练监控应依据训练目的,以心率、RPE、血乳酸、血清总睾酮和体成分分析等构建个体化生理、生化监控指标体系。自行车运动员的营养调控应结合训练计划,具有针对性,以运动员的能量消耗为依据,科学补糖,合理使用营养强力物质。建议:为了加强对自行车运动训练的监控,应该积极推广SRM训练系统的使用。 |

| Abstract: | It is important to reinforce training monitoring and nutrition control to improve athletes sinew and prevent overtraining.This research concludes that to construct the system of control index of individual physiological and biochemical,it should refer to training aim,and analyzes the heart rate,RPE,lactic acid,serum testosterone and body composition.Nutrition control of cyclist should combine training program,and bases on energy consumption,supply sugar scenically.For the sake of enhancing the training monitoring of cyclists,the author suggests popularize use the SRM training system. |
