| 摘 要： | 保证公民享有包括政治民主权利在内的广泛人权,是我们党在人权领域的奋斗目标。中国共产党领导人民制定宪法,使农民的权利有了根本的法律保障;扩大基层民主,保证农民群众直接行使民主权利;发挥农村基层党组织在保障农民人权方面的作用。

| Abstract: | The struggling aim of our party in the field of human rights is to guarantee the extensive human rights which include the politics and democracy power of the citizen.The Communist Party establishes the constitution which basically safeguards the peasants' power,and broadens the essential democracy which guarantees the peasants to make directly use of the democracy power,so the essential organization of the party has the effect on the guarding the peasants human rights. |
