| 摘 要： | 中国社会经济与文化在不断地高速发展,高校的教育目的与任务变得更为重要与突出。体育教学是增进高校学生健康的一种重要方式,也是心理健康教育的一个有效载体。因此,在高校体育教学过程中,加强对学生进行心理指导具有着现实、深远的意义。
