| 摘 要： | 高校体育教学中意外伤害事故以及引发的法律纠纷,不仅影响了学生上体育课的积极性,更给学校体育部门特别是一线体育教师带来了极大的困惑,在一定程度上影响了体育教学质量的提高。从理论上研究体育教学中的伤害风险,有助于提高学校体育部门、教师、学生对伤害风险的认识,加强防范意识,对体育教学中的伤害进行有效的防控和管理,提高教学效果具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | The injuries and legal disputes which caused by accidents in sports teaching in colleges are not only affect the enthusiasm of students in physical education, but also bring a great deal of confusion to sectors, especially physical education teachers. To some extent, they affect the increasing quality of physical education. Theoretically, studying the injury risk in physical education teaching could help to improve the awareness on iiljury risk for sectors, teachers and students, and it also strengthen our awareness of prevention. .So, it makes great sense both to give effective control and management to phys- ical education injuries and enhance the effect of teaching. |
