| 摘 要： | 本文采用定性和定量相结合的方法,从扩大面积、提高单产、改进品质、开拓市场和科技进步等方面评估了我省主要经济作物棉花、黄红麻、油菜、糖蔗、茶叶、蚕桑和柑桔的生产潜力,提出了1995年和2000年这些经济作物的生产目标。并根据省情,从政策、投入、经营、科技等方面提出实现这些目标应采取的对策措施。

| Abstract: | The production potential of some staple industrial crops in Zhejiang Pro- vince, including cotton, jute and kenaf, oil-used rape, sugarcane, silkworm-mul- berry, tea and orange are evaluated in reference to planted area enlargement, yield increase, quality improvement, market development and Sci. & Tech. progress, by means of qualitatively and quantitatively combined analysis. The production aims of these crops for 1995 & 2000 are suggested, and some strategies and measurements for reaching the aims are proposed in production policy, material input, market management and sci. & tech. progress, according to the natural resources and economic conditions in Zhejiang Province. |
