| 摘 要： | 少年短道速滑运动员正是身体快速发育和技术动作逐渐形成时期，如何在训练中使运动员减少伤病，尽快形成完善的技术动作和良好的有利竞争的心理品质，是少年运动员和教练员在训练中追求的目标。从理论上分析观摩教学在短道速滑训练中的作用，认为其符合运动技能形成的规律，有助于运动技能的形成；心理结构的模块性特点决定了观摩教学是少年运动员必不可少的训练内容；短道速滑运动员的各种运动素养的形成依赖于观摩教学。提出在观摩过程中，明确观察的目的，给运动员以具体的语言指导，培养学生日常训练和比赛中养成观察和思考的习惯，注意在观察后模仿高水平运动员的技术动作是提高观摩教学的效果有效手段。

| Abstract: | Considering the juvenile short track speed skaters being growing up both in body and sports skill,the coach is always in pursuit of how to lessen the sports injury in training and how to shape the skaters into perfect skill and well psychological quality as soon as possible.The article theoretically analyzes the effect of observation teaching on short track speed skating training.It thinks that the law according to skating skill development will help to developing their skill;the modularity of psychological structure results in the observation teaching is absolutely necessary content of training;the development of their various athletic quality depends on the observation teaching.It suggests to nail down the intention of observation,to show concrete oral guidance to the skaters,to foster their custom of observation and thought in daily training,to pay attention to a effective means is to imitate the high-level skaters' skill after observation. |
