| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国农村人口大量进城打工成为最具社会经济影响的现象,我们称之为农村劳动力的一次转移。农村劳动力的一次转移,既增加了农民收入,又促进了城乡经济社会发展。在产业升级和加快推进工业化、城镇化的新阶段,必须积极创新农村富余劳动力转移的思想,推进城乡统筹,积极促进农村富余劳动力向非农产业和城镇转移。本文从三个方面对农村劳动力转移现象进行了分析:一、农村劳动力的一次转移简析;二、农村劳动力转移是由农耕社会向现代工业社会过渡的必然;三、政府和全社会要大力推进和促进农村劳动力的二次转移。

| Abstract: | After reforin and opening to the world, that large amount of country population rushing into cities and working as a casual laborer has been the most influential phenomenon of social economy. And we call it the first transference of country labor, which not only increases peasants' income, but also promotes the economic and social development of cities and towns. In the new stage of industrial escalation and accleerating industrialism and urbanization, We must actively innovate the iolea of country's surplus labor transference, advance city-country's overall planning, promote the tranfeience of country's suiplus labor into unfarming industry and urban areas. The paper analyses the phenomenon of coantry labor transference from three aspects; a) Simple analysis of the forst country labor transference, b) the transference is the resuct of transition from farming society to modern industrial sociely. c) Govemluent and the whole society must make full efforts to advance the second transference of country labor. |
