高校岗位设置管理实施工作中的问题与对策

摘    要:岗位设置是高校深化人事制度改革的重要内容,也是推进收入分配制度改革的前提和基础。通过岗位设置实现高校用人机制转换,优化人力资源配置,充分调动高校各类人员的积极性、主动性和创造性具有十分重要的意义。本文就岗位设置管理工作中的问题和对策等方面做了初步探讨。

Abstract:Position setting is not only a very important part of reformation of personnel rules of college,but also the base and premise of reformation of the income distribution.According to position setting,it can optimize huaman resource deployment and creat new method for huaman resource deployment.Besides,it is also good for arousing the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity.This atticle focus on the problems and countermeasures in the work which is concerned with the position setting,management and implementation.
