| Abstract: | QiXin Cement Company was a main force of Zhou Xue-xi Industry Group. Its developmental level represented the highest level of modern industry in north China. It was founded and developed in the adverse circumstances by employing super-economic means, developing in large scale, monopolizing management and investing in diverse areas, which demonstrated the original way that Zhou Xue-xi operated the enterprises. |
