| 摘 要： | 日本通过以农地制度改革为中心的农业改革提高了农民收入水平,促进了农业现代化的发展。文章着重对日本的农地制度改革进行了考察,并根据其经验、教训提出了中国农地制度创新的首要任务是改革现有的农地产权结构,建立稳定、清晰、完整的农地产权制度;同时,要采取一系列措施扩大农地的经营规模。

| Abstract: | Japan through reform of the system of agricultural land for agricultural reform and improve the centre of the income level of farmers,and promoted the development of agricultural modernization.This paper focuses on Japan's agricultural land reform of the system for the inspection,and in accordance with their experience,and the lessons learned by China's agricultural system innovation is the primary task of agricultural land reform of the existing structure of property rights,and establish a stable,clear,complete agricultural land property rights system At the same time,we must adopt a series of measures to expand the scale of operation of agricultural land. |
