| 摘 要： | 董必武同志的立法思想在他的民主法治思想中占据着极其重要的地位.董必武立法思想的价值基础是立法要能体现人民的意志.董必武的立法路径为：从人民出发,坚持走群众路线;立足国情,有选择地借鉴他国经验.其立法思想对现今社会的意义体现在：要重视立法工作,构建法治化和谐社会;要扎根群众,保证立法的新鲜血液;要科学立法,兼顾立法的有效、稳定.
