| 摘 要： | 低碳交通是低碳经济的重要组成部分,既具有一般交通的共性,又具有低能耗、低污染、低排放的特点,低碳交通是我国现代化发展到一定阶段的必然要求,目前我国交通温室气体排放呈现出一系列特点,我们要遵循预防、系统、协调和政府主导原则,从观念、科技、制度、结构等方面采取有力措施,发展低碳交通,实现交通的真正现代化。
