| Abstract: | Based on GEM model,the paper establishes a model for evaluating the competitiveness of software industrial cluster.It then assesses the competitiveness of Xi'an software industrial cluster by the presented model with data collected from surveys on software companies,entrepreneurs,government officials and researchers of software industrial cluster.Problems are discussed here. |
