| 摘 要： | 近年来,世界许多国家高度重视低碳技术创新,政策工具多样,值得我国深入研究和借鉴。比较有代表性的包括日本、美国、英国、德国等。我国低碳技术创新取得一定成效,但依然存在一些问题。本研究在对典型国家低碳技术创新进行分析的基础上,提出了我国促进低碳技术创新的建议。
