| Abstract: | This paper reviews the present situation of patent competitiveness evaluation studies,including three aspects: the connotation of patent competitiveness,the structure of patent competitiveness evaluation system,methods and models.And points out the deficiencies above the patent competitiveness evaluation system research,and then indicates the direction for further studies. |
