| 摘 要： | 广东省科技服务业作为现代服务业之一表现出较强的发展势头,服务能力不断提升,在广东省现代产业体系建设中发挥着重要作用。构建促进科技服务业发展政策必须分析政策执行的客体,政策主体层级,并辅之以空间因素和时序变化因素分析,形成四维度框架的政策支持体系。
