| 摘 要： | 首先阐述了人力资本与FDI技术溢出效应的正相关关系,然后从西部地区人力资本结构不平衡、人力资本贬损、人力资本投资不足三方面对FDI技术溢出效应的影响进行分析,最后提出了通过建立人才吸引和保留机制、加强人力资本投入等策略,来加速FDI技术溢出的正效应,以实现西部地区经济的全面提升。
