| 摘 要： | 篮球运动在我国是非常普及和深受青少年学生所喜爱的运动项目。篮球运动自身所具有的集体性和对抗性等特点，对学生的竞争意识、协作精神、适应台纳等个性特征的形成具有特殊的优化和促进作用，并对其个性健康发展具有积极而深远的意义。
