| 摘 要： | 针对以能源大数据增值服务为对象的商业模式评价的研究不足，采用熵权-TOPSIS-灰色关联方法，从经济效益、社会效益、环境效益和政策环境、技术环境、法律环境、供需环境7个维度，构建能源大数据增值服务商业模式评价指标体系，得出能源数据政策支持力度、单位服务能力的投资成本、项目投资回收期等9个关键影响因素；进一步通过对电力行业6类能源大数据增值服务进行实证分析，验证该评价指标体系和熵权-TOPSIS-灰色关联方法的科学性，并得到用户用能托管、能源环保监测、多能互补优化、能源交易辅助决策为优选服务类型，为能源大数据增值服务项目的统筹规划和科学实施提供参考。

Business model evaluation of energy big data value-added services based on Entropy TOPSIS grey correlation method |

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of digital economy, the mode of energy production and service will change greatly. As the inevitable product of the integration of digital revolution and energy revolution, the analysis and evaluation of the business model of energy big data value-added service is very important. In this paper, Entropy TOPSIS grey correlation method is used to evaluate the business model of energy big data value-added services. The evaluation index system of business model of energy big data value-added services is constructed from seven dimensions: external policy environment, energy data technology, legal environment, supply and demand of value-added services, economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits, The key influencing factors of business model and the optimal value-added service business types are obtained. The comprehensive evaluation model reduces the influence of subjective factors when traditional TOPSIS method is used to determine the weight of indicators. The results can provide reference for the overall planning and scientific implementation of energy big data value-added service projects. At the same time, case analysis verifies the scientificity of the evaluation index system and method. |
