| Abstract: | Based on the theory of corporate lifecycles, the paper focuses on the strategic decision of innovation for Small and Medium-sized Technological Enterprises (SMTES) by analyzing incremental innovation and radical innovation reflected in the technological innovation, managerial innovation institution and marketing innovation in the varied stages of growth. It aims to provide help for the innovation strategy choice of SMTES. |
